I do believe in the BBC, but unlike many others who have the below link on their weblogs I also think that Gilligan is obviously a bit of a knob and the Government making him and the Beeb eat humble pie doesn't necessarily mean that Blair and Campbell have struck personal Faustian pacts with the devil, and that they didn't lie about WMDs - they just had bad intelligence. Nevertheless, I still think the BBC is great. Long may they continue annoying "advisors to the Israeli Prime Minister", Robert Mugabe and others who really deserve it.
